A small utility that gives you a zoomed view of the area under the mouse cursor. You can easily configure the zoom Factor and a host of other things through the settings. Magnify adds its icon to the taskbar, so that you can easily control its behavior from the icon menu. Magnify is especially targeted at people who use image manipulation.
Somewhat a programmer's utility, though I've been complimented on it by other sources. Zooms in on the screen around the mouse pointer, any whole number magnification from 1x to 20x.
